Alex is a Case Manager at Mickey Keenan, P.A., where she brings clarity and compassion to every client interaction. Although she recently transitioned into this role, she’s no stranger to working closely with clients. Her experience as an Intake Specialist gave her a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and empathy.

What Alex finds most rewarding is helping clients feel more at ease. She understands that legal cases can be overwhelming—because she’s been in their shoes. That perspective allows her to connect with clients in a meaningful way, especially during uncertain times.

From the start of a case, Alex makes one thing clear: her clients will always be kept in the loop. Outside of work, Alex loves spending her weekends with her kids. She also enjoys exploring new stores and restaurants with her sister—a tradition they’ve kept for years. They love finding local gems, supporting small businesses, and sharing new experiences together.
